Shipping & Delivery

All our stock is available for pick up from our factory showroom. Alternately, we offer a flexible and far-reaching delivery service and will make every attempt to deliver at a time that suits, even if that time is outside of business hours

We understand that most people have busy schedules and do not have time to wait around for deliveries. We will endeavour to organise a delivery time as close as possible to a time that suits you, even if that means before or after work.

Delivery orders for standard parcels can be sent to street addresses or post office boxes. We do not deliver internationally, although orders placed from overseas can be delivered within Australia.

Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items. If you have not received your parcel within 16 working days from the date of purchase, please call us on 1300 666 552 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-3pm and Now Open Sunday 10am-2pm.

Bedroom Warehouse is committed to protecting the personal information entrusted to us. We have a strong commitment to maintaining the security and integrity of personal information within our care. We endorse the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 and support the role that the Office of the Australian Information Commission plays.

Bedroom Warehouse respects the rights of individuals to determine to whom they give their personal information and how their information is used. Our customer’s privacy is very important to us and we will value the trust you place in us in giving us your personal information. We take this responsibility seriously and we are committed to safeguarding your information and using it for the purposes for which you have entrusted it to us.

We collect a range of information from our customers that is directly related to the products and services you choose. Where we wish to use the information for other purposes we will seek your agreement beforehand. The kind of personal information we collect can include: name, contact details, location, demographic information like gender, age, relationship status and so on, products you are interested in, where you shop, what you buy and who you shop for.

We use personal information to better understand our customers’ interests and needs, to complete purchase transactions and layby orders and to offer an ever improving quality range of amazing products.

We use personal information in the following ways:

  • Provide, deliver, source, administer, improve and personalise our products and services;
  • Process payments and provide refunds and discounts;
  • Provide more relevant marketing offers through direct marketing, database compilation, market research, data analysis and segmentation, and the processing or creation of other marketing information;
  • Communicating with our customers, including product recalls and responding to queries and complaints;
  • Fraud prevention, including services regarding the protection of our customers’ information, eg. credit card information;
  • Maintaining and keeping our customers information current and as accurate as possible;
We do not disclose personal information to third parties unless we are permitted to do so by law and you have given us your consent to do so.
Returns & Replacements

Please choose carefully as we are not obliged to give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. In order to obtain a refund, exchange or to repair a product that you purchased you must have clear proof of purchase - typically a receipt.

Warranty Claims

Once proof of purchase has been established, if the product fault can safely and clearly be determined, Bedroom Warehouse will offer you a refund, repair or exchange as per the conditions on the relevant manufacturers guarantee.

Where the product fault is difficult to determine by a store representative, we will need to consult with the manufacturer or repair agent to determine the fault and resolution.

Bedroom Warehouse will be happy to liaise with the manufacturer or repair agent on your behalf to resolve the issue to reasonable satisfaction.   Depending on the supplier location and availability of required parts we will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please be aware that some of our goods are sourced offshore and replacement part or product may take in excess of 10 weeks to source a. Every effort will be made to minimise wait times.

Unfortunately, Bedroom Warehouse cannot offer a refund, repair or exchange where the product has sustained damage due to inappropriate use/handling (by other than our staff or designated agents), non compliance with the manufacturers care and maintenance recommendations or assembly instructions, whether that has been identified by a store representative, the product manufacturer or repair agent. If the product does not match its advertised description of purchase and or delivery, Bedroom Warehouse will provide you with either a refund or source, where possible, a new product or provide a similar product.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully.  The majority of Bedroom Warehouse products (including without limitation, manchester, sleep surface beds and furniture) cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons once unwrapped or furniture orders have been placed to meet your specific order. Due to this reason we do not normally give refunds or offer exchanges or credits if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.  Based on individual circumstances Bedroom Warehouse, at their discretion, may offer you an exchange of equal or greater value (difference in price payable by you) if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision under the following conditions.

  • You have clear proof of purchase, typically a receipt
  • The item and packaging is in its original condition, including manuals and accessories.
  • The item has not been used or soiled
  • The item is not on the Product Exclusion List (please see below).

Product Exclusion List

The Products listed below are excluded from ‘change of mind’ returns unless they meet the conditions set out above AND the packaging is unopened and/or the tags are still attached:

  • All bed linen and manchester
  • Pillows
  • Furniture if part or fully assembled or damaged
  • Beds or mattresses that have been slept on
  • All items which cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons once unwrapped. On the occasion of a refund being granted, we will refund the original purchase price in the form of the previous method of payment indicated on the receipt, where possible, less any delivery charges and/or cancellation charges. 
Ordering

All orders are calculated in Australian Dollars and can be paid for via PayPal or credit card. We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Amex, Diners and Visa.

Ordering products from Bedroom Warehouse is designed to be as simple as possible, while still providing security and privacy for all your details.  We only store credit card information where absolutely necessary to process your payment securely. Credit card data is not held.

Cancellation of Order

A cancellation fee of 25% is applicable on the total price of the invoice.  A cancellation fee may not be charged if the goods are delivered damaged or if Bedroom Warehouse is not entitled to charge a cancellation fee under any relevant legislation. It is your responsibility to inform the store of purchase if any change of address or contact details.
